Yes, on every plan. We don't meter customer message volume. What's metered is the AI work: the drafts Tend produces and the owner calls it places.
Each time Tend produces a reply suggestion for a customer DM. If you edit the context and re-run on the same DM, each attempt counts.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. You drop to Free, never locked out.
