• Patch test

  Book a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

You'll be asked to accept this before you pay.

• How long does a full set take?

  Classic around two hours, hybrid and volume a little longer. You can nap in the chair, most people do.
• How often should I get a refill?

  Every two to three weeks. Past three weeks it usually counts as a new set.
• Do I need a patch test?

  If you're new to extensions or have sensitive skin, yes. Book it at least two days before your appointment.
• How do I look after them?

  Keep them dry for the first day, brush them each morning, and stay away from oily products around your eyes.
