• Are they real roses?

  Yes. We also sell an artificial arrangement if you'd prefer something lasting.
• Can I add a vase?

  Glass and ceramic are both add-ons at checkout.
• Can I choose the colour?

  Yes — red, white and pink, picked at checkout.
• Can I send them anonymously?

  Of course — leave the card message blank and we won't add a sender.
• Do you deliver on Sundays?

  We do, on request. Add it to the card message and we'll confirm.
• Do you do same-day?

  Before 2pm, yes, within the city.
• How do I order?

  Message us with the quantity, type and colour of flowers you would like, any extras or add-ons to include, whether you want delivery or collection, and the date you would like it to arrive. We will confirm the total and send you a link to pay. Orders are placed through Instagram DM or WhatsApp.
• How far ahead should I order?

  One week's notice is required. Ask for delivery the day before you need them, so there is a buffer if the courier runs late.
• How long will these last?

  Seven to ten days with fresh water and a trim every couple of days.
• How should I look after them?

  Trim the stems at a 45° angle (about 1–2cm) and stand them in a clean vase of fresh, cool water. Leave the wrapping on — it is waterproof and designed to stay. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heaters and draughts, change the water every 1–2 days and re-trim the stems each time, and keep them away from ripening fruit, which shortens vase life.
• What colours can I choose? PUSHEDIT

  Red, white or pink — all three are the same price at every size.
• What if nobody's home?

  We'll leave them with a neighbour where we can, or rebook the next day.
• How much notice do you need?

  One week's notice is required on all orders.
• Where do you deliver?

  We post all over Ireland, including Northern Ireland.
• How does delivery work?

  All deliveries go by post on a next-day service. Parcels arrive Monday to Friday only, so if your event is on a weekend please plan for it to land earlier in the week.
• What delivery date should I ask for?

  Ask for it to arrive a day before you need it. If your event is on the 14th, request delivery on the 13th — that way there is a buffer if the courier runs late.
• Can I request a specific delivery time?

  No, delivery times are set by the courier and cannot be requested. That is why we suggest asking for it a day in advance.
• Can I get a tracking number?

  Yes. Ask us once your order has been posted and we will send it on.
• What details do you need for a delivery?

  The recipient's name, the full address and the postcode.
• Can I collect instead of having it delivered?

  Yes, collection is available. Let us know when you order and we will arrange it.
• How do I pay?

  We will send you a link to pay once your order is confirmed.
• Can I add extras to my order?

  Yes. Tell us any extras or add-ons you would like included when you order and we will price them with the rest.
• Can I choose the colour?

  Yes. Fresh and artificial roses come in red, white or pink at the same price — just say which you would like.
• How do I care for fresh flowers when they arrive?

  No. The wrapping is waterproof and designed to stay on.
• My petals look dry — what can I do?

  Mist them lightly with clean water. Keep the bouquet away from ripening fruit, which gives off ethylene gas and shortens vase life, and remove any wilting stems so they do not affect the rest of the arrangement.
• How long do fresh flowers last?

  It depends on how they are looked after. Once they have been delivered, caring for them is down to you — trimming the stems, changing the water and keeping them cool is what keeps them at their best.
• Do you do balloons as well as flowers?

  Yes. Heart shaped helium balloons, singly or in batches of 3 or 6, and we can print custom wording on them for €5 a balloon.
